- Health certifications for ALL RESORT STAFF in the prevention of Sars-CoV-2 (Issued by IMSS).
- Participation in Guerrero Punto Limpio Covid-19 training program for restaurant, and hospitality industries.
- Additional food safety certifications for all team members in contact with food (Issued by eFoodHandlers; US, ANSI-accredited food safety training provider).
- Comprehensive cleaning and disinfection schedules in suites and common areas employing EPA approved Lysol products for use against SARS-CoV-2.
- Rigorous cleaning and disinfection procedures in food and beverage storage and preparation areas employing SAGARPA registered commercial kitchen grade products.
- Air conditioner systems disinfection.
- Available sanitizing tools for guest including alcohol-based hand sanitizers, antibacterial soaps, disinfection mats, PPE, & more.
- Room service available for private patio dining.
