Reservation Policy:
The Guest agrees to pay a deposit amounting to 50% of the total reservation cost at the time of booking if the reservation is made more than 30 days prior to the specified Arrival Date. For reservations made within 30 days of the specified Arrival Date, full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment serves as a binding agreement, securing the Guest's accommodation for the specified period. Failure to pay within forty eight (48) hours of the receipt of the corresponding invoice will result in the cancellation of the reservation. All reservation outstanding balances are due thirty (30) days prior to the specified Arrival Date.
Cancellations More Than 90 Days Prior to Arrival:
Should the Guest cancel the reservation more than ninety (90) days prior to the specified Arrival Date, the Guest shall be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid, less an amount equivalent to the cost of one (1) night's stay per room cancelled, which shall be retained as a cancellation fee. Alternatively, the amount of the deposit paid, less an amount equivalent to the cost of one (1) night's stay per room cancelled, can be converted into a credit valid for future stays at the Property, subject to availability and current rates at the time of rebooking.
Cancellations Within 90 Days of Arrival:
In the event of a cancellation within ninety (90) days of the specified Arrival Date, the Guest shall not be entitled to a cash refund. Instead, the amount of the deposit paid, less an amount equivalent to the cost of one (1) night's stay per room cancelled, shall be converted into a credit valid for future stays at the Property, subject to availability and current rates at the time of rebooking.
Common Grounds:
No outside food or beverage allowed on hotel common grounds, including pool, lounge chairs, and beach dining areas.

Occupancy Limits & Visitors:
People other than those in the Guest's party may not stay overnight in the property. Any guest visiting the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guest's are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit - two adults and one minor per suite. No occupants under the age of twelve are allowed. Failure to comply is a breach of contract and Guests will be evicted, forfeiting all monies and deposits. Because safety is a priority, children must always remain under direct supervision of an adult. If you cannot comply, we cannot have you as a guest.
Management's Rights:
It is agreed that the Guest will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest's luggage and belongings from the room occupied by them.
Check-in:
Please present your ID card, Passport, or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. Check-in hours are 3 pm to 10 pm ct.
Departure:
Check-out time is 11:50 a.m. Please inform the front desk if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. An extension will be given depending on availability. If the guest fails to vacate the room on the expiry or period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Luggage Storage:
Subject to the availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.
Guest's Belongings:
Guests are requested to lock the doors of their rooms when leaving. For the convenience of the Guest, safes are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room, the locker, or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage.
Pets:
There is a maximum of one small dog (20 lb. and under) per room. Dogs must be well-behaved, quiet, and on a leash when in common areas. Out of consideration to all of our guests, we require pet owners to actively manage their dogs to ensure that they are docile, quiet, and safe. If you cannot comply, we cannot have you as a guest.
Hazardous Goods:
Bringing goods and/or storing raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees, visitors, agents, and servants for all loss, financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
Damage to Property:
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
Relation between Management and Guest:
Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favor of any Guest, resident, or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.
Government rules and regulations and application of laws:
Guests are requested to observe, abide by, conform to, and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
Photographs and Videos:
It is illegal to use photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

Shall the Tenant book within 30 days of arrival, payment in full is required.

Gate security codes and keys must be collected at The Inn at Manzanillo Bay's front desk. Please do not share codes with any outside visitors.
Parking:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per villa. Please do not block the access road.
Garbage:
Must be stowed in the proper receptacle located in the kitchen. Daily housekeeping service includes the removal of garbage as required. No trash can be left in walkways or common areas.
Plunge Pools:
The pumps must be turned off when not in use. Staff will require access to pools to conduct routine maintenance twice per week.

Liability:
All units are privately owned; Homeowners and Residencias Manzanillo Bay Services are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal possessions that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation and signing this agreement, Tenants and their guests assume all risk of harm arising from the use of the premises.
Pets:
Pets are strictly forbidden in Villas.
