Cancellations Made More Than 90 Days Prior to Arrival: Should the Guest cancel the reservation more than ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Guest shall be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid, less an amount equivalent to the cost of one (1) night’s stay, which shall be retained as a cancellation fee. Alternatively, the full amount of the deposit can be converted into a credit valid for future stays at the Property, subject to availability and current rates at the time of rebooking.

It is safe to visit Mexico when taking normal precautions, much like you would when traveling to any destination. Our hotel is located in Troncones, a peaceful and quiet town known for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly local community. Troncones Beach is considered very safe for travelers, with its serene environment and well-maintained surroundings.
It is a good idea to have local currency on hand. Credit cards, US dollars and Pesos are accepted at the hotel.
While we do not offer all-inclusive packages, we do offer a meal plan for our guests which includes breakfast and a 3-course dinner. We have a full-service restaurant and bar that is open from 7:15 AM to 9:00 PM, offering a variety of delicious a la carte options throughout the day.

Dogs must be well-behaved, quiet, and on a leash when in common areas. Out of consideration to all of our guests, we require pet owners to actively manage their dogs to ensure that they are docile, quiet, and safe.
We are glad to welcome families. Because safety and guest comfort are a priority, children must always remain quiet and under direct supervision of an adult.
